Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in color with copper highlights. On the nose it is delicate, distinctively fruity, with a hint of ripe pear. On the palate, it is dry, agreeable, and harmonious with good structure

Winemaking: Grapes are pressed in a completely sealed environment then white grape wine-making technique proceeds. Fermentation takes place at a supervised temperature with selected yeast strains.

Food Pairings: Fish, white meats, soups, egg-based dishes. Excellent as an aperitif. A well-balanced & elegant wine.
