Tasting Notes: Clear and shiny color. In the nose it shows black cherry, raspberry, plum and some vegetable notes. Creamy, but fresh, it reveals a salty textural minerality.

Winemaking: Vinification occurred in amphora (large clay pots) without temperature control. Indigenous yeasts were used during fermentation and there was no tampering with the must. Then the wine is bottle aged for 3 months. Organic (not certified).
