Tasting Notes: This captivating Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of raspberry, cherry, citrus, and potpourri. On the palate, discover luscious notes of plum, red currant, orange zest, and fennel, complemented by creamy chocolate and a velvety smooth finish.

Winemaking: The individual lots blended into this Cabernet Sauvignon were hand-picked, then destemmed and berry-sorted on the crush pad. Average fermentation lasted 14 days with the wine drained and pressed at dryness. Malolactic fermentation took place in barrels. The lots were aged in oak barrels for 20 months, 1/3 new French oak.
