Tasting Notes: Transparent/Crystal clear in color. In the nose it has light sweet neutral alcohol scents. On the palate it is extremely smooth with the initial perception of sweetness with no added sugar. The finish is pure and quick, without the unwanted bitter alcohol notes. A slight cream note comes over from the 100% corn-based grain bill.

Production Method: “Our vodka is produced in small, hand-crafted batches using a German copper distillation system. The vodka undergoes the functional equivalent of 10 distillations to produce a clean, neutral base while retaining the sweetness that comes from the use of premium mid-western corn. The Rebecca Creek Distiller take the rare, additional step of chilled filtration. The spirit is chilled to below freezing – the result is a very clean vodka with a distinctive flavor which cannot be reached in other way.”
