Tasting Notes: Purple in color. On the nose there are spicy notes with hints of blackberries, plums and violets. In the mouth it has a rich palate with soft tannins and balanced structure.

Vinification: Pre-fermentative maceration to extract aromas and soft tannins. Partially aged in French oak barrels.

Food Pairings: Recommended with meat dishes, pasta, barbecue and ripe cheeses. Perfect with dark chocolate.

Wine Enthusiast: “This rich wine, a blend of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet and Sousao, is dominated by serious tannins at this stage. The fruit is there, blackberry and dark-plum flavors just beginning to emerge. The wine will age well and should be ready from 2023.”
