Tasting Notes: This wine shows a bright, clear orange color. The nose is rich, with notes of apple compote, candied orange, dried apricot, and fruit paste. On the palate, it is surprisingly fresh, with generous body, spicy and heady notes, and a long finished marked by subtle bitterness.

Winemaking: Destemmed, uncrushed harvest. Five-day skin maceration with daily cap wetting. Pressed, then aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees. Made from white grapes with skin maceration, which gives it its typical amber color, subtle tannins, and a complex, gastronomic character with great finesse.
