Cheurlin

Rosé de Saignée NV (375 ml & 750 ml)

Wine Type: Sparkling Wine

Country: France

Region: Champagne

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Winery Notes: Cheurlin Rosé de Saignée is as famous for its taste as for its vivid color. The best quality rosés are of the Old World ‘de saignée’ method, made by ’bleeding’ off the juices instead of the less demanding method of merely adding red wine to white. This purely Pinot Noir champagne is aged for 30 months. It is bright, delightful and will add a touch of sophistication to any occasion.”

Tasting Notes: Sparkling peach with bright amber highlights in color. Pleasing aromas of refined red berry and rose. On the palate it shows notes of ripe red fruit with can-like nuance. Medium-bodied with a delicate aftertaste.

Food Pairings: Fish, shellfish, turkey, salads, or bittersweet desserts.
