Tasting Notes: Lush & silky Pinot Noir. Aomas of berry and spice. Flavors of strawberry, blackberries, cola, and black tea. On the finish it is balanced and long with velvety tannins.

Winemaking: Grapes harvested at night, briefly cold soaked, and small vat fermented to 85º F. Underwent 100% malolactic fermentation and racked in oak for 16 months. A mixture of light and medium+ toast oak.
