Tasting Notes: Deep red colour in the glass. Lovely complex nose with chocolate, raspberries, liquorice and black pepper notes. Pure and concentrated, on the palate the tannins are delicate and warming.

Food Pairings: Enjoy this wine with Veal, rare piece of beef or duck confit. This will be delightful as well with a nice cheese platter. Possibility to cellar the wine up to 8 years.
