This special blend is crafted with only the best grape varieties and has ascended to a category of its own. Finely balanced, without Pinot Meunier, extended aging (24-36 months) and a remarkably low dosage ultimately produced a noble brut.”

Tasting Notes: Sunglow color with amber highlights. Aromas of green apple and light mineral. Delicate and appealing. On the palate it has spirited flavor of lemon peel with a medium body. Well-balanced with a  fresh aftertaste.

Food Pairings: Fish, shellfish, sushi, chicken, egg dishes, butter cream sauces, and fruit-based desserts.
