Winery Notes: Maison Deux Fleurs is not only a brand written on labels. Beyond that it’s regions, soils, meetings and shared pleasures. Over the years, contacts were developed with Burgundy winemakers, a relationship of trust and mutual respect, thanks to a same shared vision of wine. That’s why, each winemaker, each soil, each bottle, signed Maison Deux Fleurs has its own story. Hopefully, this story will be told to you through the wines.

Vinification/Soil: Clay with limestone; pneumatic pressing at low pressure; vinification in vats at controlled temperature

Food Pairing: Appetizers, grilled fish, seafood, salads and goat cheese of Mâcon will delight the Chardonnay fans.

International Wine Report: “The 2022 Macon-Villages displays inviting aromas of lemon, sliced apple, almond, ripe melon and jasmine. On the palate this possesses layers of fresh citrus and orchard fruits with a round texture that is backed by a vibrant streak of acidity lasting through the finish. While this is fantastic now, it should also continue to show well over the next year or two.”
