Tasting Notes: Bright, deep ruby red-colors. On the nose it is fine and complex aromas with the dark fruit flavors and spice of Cabernet, and a smooth elegance of Malbec. This wine is full flavored and hearty, yet soft on the palate with a long finish.

Food Pairings: This wine is perfect to serve with pasta, red sauce, roasted vegetables,  grilled meats and chocolate desserts.
