Winery Tasting Notes: 100% Nebbiolo. As you pour this wine, its ruby-red color slowly deepens to garnet at the edges. The aroma is a powerful and complex mix of ripe plum and black cherry, with hints of powdered coffee and tobacco adding depth. On the palate, it’s rich and generously lively. The tannins are smooth, creating a lasting presence that carries flavors of plum and vanilla into the finish and aftertaste, leaving a delightful and memorable impression.

Food Pairings:  Italian cuisine of all kinds, pasta in red sauces, steaks on the grill or in the cast-iron, and rich meat dishes.

Winemaking: Fermentation with long maceration on the skins, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged a minimum of 1 year in large oak barrels.
