Tasting Notes: Honey gold yellow in color. On the nose it has hints of chalk, fruit and toasted notes. On the palate it is expressive with white stone fruits, dominating freshness with some minerality. Soft and supple from the Meuniers and directness from the Pinot Noirs. A fine balance of aroma, taste, and a long finish.
Fermentation & Aging: In stainless steel tanks – alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Bottle-aged one lees for at least 3 years. Minimum of 3 months after disgorgement before shipping.
Food Pairings: Enjoy as an aperitif, alongside bruschetta or grilled prawns, or even with scrambled eggs at brunch.
