Tasting Notes: Bright lime along with some slightly rounder notes of peach as well as a light minerality. Drink chilled as an aperitif on the hottest of summer days.

Winemaking: Gentle pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, between 12 and 14℃ for 2-3 weeks, traditional method of cool stabilization and bottling.
