Winery Notes: Babu Collection aims to present  Portuguese varietals in a blend with the most well-known French grapes. Ruby color with aromas of  ripe plums, seductive spices with notes of  chocolate. Attractive spicy ripe red berry and  cherry fruit aromas, with nice freshness. Smooth  palate with soft tannins and good structure.

Vinification: Controlled temperature  fermentation in open tanks at 25ºC, with hand  plunging, followed by 3 months aging in oak  barrels and 2 months aging in bottle

Food Pairing: Recommended with red meat, pasta  dishes, BBQ and mature cheese.
