Tasting Notes: Toasty and exotic aromas of spiced vanilla, pears, orange zest/peel, and Creme Brulee on the nose. The palate is focused and precise with layers of citrus, tart plum, and honeycomb. A long finish balanced with beautiful acidity.

Winemaker Notes: Sourced from the sustainably farmed Westmount Vineyard in the Willamette Valley AVA. Hard-harvested and cold-pressed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged in a combination of stainless steel & French Oak before bottling.
