Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Wine Type: White Wine

Country: United States

Region: Willamette Valley (Oregon)

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes: Aromas of oak spice, bramble, sweet plums, and Herbs de Provence on the nose. The palate is full of red and black cherry, as well as ripe plums. A great balance of fine tannins and sweet fruits with a lingering finish.

Winemaker’s Notes: “All grapes were hand-harvested and hand-sorted to ensure the highest quality fruit. The fruit underwent a two-day soak prior to fermentation, for a total of 19 days of skin contact. 100% malolactic fermentation occurred over a 5-month-period. The wine was aged for 9 months in French oak barrels from a variety of coopers.”
