Winery Notes: Natural malolactic fermentation. Aging process: in 2nd and 3rd use French oak barrels for 12 months. Bottle aging for 3 months. Deep red and violet hues. Powerful, mix of typical red fruits like plum and cherry with vanilla hints from the oak. Good body with lengthy tannins.
