Tasting Notes: Pale yellow with greenish highlights. In the nose it is intense and flowery with aromatic peach, musk-rose, and sage notes. On the palate it is dry, fresh, and persistent with fresh acidity.

Winemaking: Soft pressing followed by the white grape winemaking process with alcoholic fermentation at a supervised temperature. Aging in stainless steel vats.

Food Pairings: Hors d’oeuvres, pasta dishes, especially with seafood sauces. Also excellent as an aperitif and paired with fish-based main courses.
