Tasting Notes: This wine has a lighter amber tawny color with complex, spicy, jammy and nutty aromas with hints of orange flower and a fine oakiness original from the aging in cask. On the palate it is full of very rich and concentrated flavor with a long mellow finish.

Food Pairings: This wine can be an excellent aperitif or an accompaniment of creamy pudding sand dishes containing almonds or dried fruit.
