James Suckling: “Densely packed with citrus, mineral and the typical (and coincidental) cheese-rind character that good pecorino can offer. Medium-bodied with a good balance between fruity and savory flavors and a focused finish. Pulls you back for more. Drink now.”

Decanter: “Crammed with vibrant yellow apple and fresh quince with a zip of citrus peel. Displaying great typicity with a superb herbal acidity and lush fleshy texture.”

James Suckling: “Sliced apples and pears with a hint of savoury cheese rind. Medium body with balanced acidity and a silky-smooth palate and some length. Delicious now.”
