Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow in color. The nose is characterized by sharp aromas of jasmine and acacia, lemon leaf, peach, tropical fruits, and some iodine. The taste corresponds with an elegant richness. The onset is soft. It shows excellent minerality and freshness that invite sipping, yet maintains a good structure and a full, enjoyable finish. Extremely versatile for pairing.

Winemaking: Fermented in 225 L barriques on fine lees. Aged in concrete vessels for 70% of the grapes and in French barriques and tonneaux for the remaining 30%.
