Camasella Millesimato

Prosecco Extra Dry

Wine Type: Sparkling Wine

Country: Italy

Region: Veneto

Grapes: 100% Glera

Tasting Notes: Grapes for Prosecco come from highly desirable vineyards in north-eastern Italy. The first stage in making Prosecco follows traditional white wine methods. In the second stage, the Charmat method is used to bring about a secondary fermentation before the wine is bottled under pressure, preserving all of the fresh fruit characteristics of the wine.

Food Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif or with delicate dishes, it is very pleasant to sip after dinner.

International Wine Report: ”This delightful Prosecco opens to pretty aromas of sliced apples, peaches, floral blossoms and a saline mineral edge that all come together and burst from the glass. On the palate this is well-balanced, clean with ripe core and fresh, invigorating finish.”
