Tasting Notes: Raptor & Crimson is rich, full-bodied, and ripe, with aromas of black cherry, cedar, and a hint of oak. The palate is robust, offering a full-bodied experience with well-integrated tannins that provide a sense of firmness and longevity. The finish is long and satisfying with lingering notes of dark berries and spice.

Winemaking: This multi-vintage blend skillfully combines the rich complexity of aged wine with the freshness of a younger vintage. Aged for 15 months in 50% New French Oak, it infuses this Cabernet with its bold fruit character. Every year a perpetual infusion of youthful, fruit-forward essence is added to the evolving tapestry of older vintage Cabernet.
