Tasting Notes: Sea Stack Pinot Noir is complex yet approachable with strong oak structure, nuances of black currants and raspberries and a smooth finish. Aromas of ripe cherry and blackberry, flavors of strawberry, plum and vanilla, with a long and complex finish.

Winemaking: Grapes harvested at night, briefly cold soak, and small vat fermented at 85º F. Underwent 100% malolactic fermentation and racked in oak for 16 months. A mixture of light and medium + toast oak.
