Winemaking: Sperella is produced from grapes from the youngest vineyards of Tenuta Bellafonte. Only the flower must is left to ferment spontaneously at a controlled temperature before maturing for about 5 months on its lees in steel tanks only. Once bottled, it rests in glass for a few months before being put on the market the following spring. Unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: Intense color. The nose expresses citrus notes that recall lime and bergamont followed by mango and daffodils. A pleasant note of fresh bread opens to a rich taste articulate by great freshness and a very tasty finish.
