A trade secret of infused vanilla staves, last 4-6 months, create a dark walnut color, soft in taste, rich in flavor, with hints of honey, smoked bacon, vanilla, caramel and burnt orange. Our 1st collaboration in NY is with Taconic Distillery. We purchase Taconic’s NY Straight Bourbon barrels, then alter Taconic’s taste to our characteristics and pallet sensation.”
