Tasting Notes: The full expression of this grape can be enjoyed while sipping a glass of this wine: black cherries and jammy red fruits, a hint of sweet spices and a touch of garrigue at then end. Long-lasting finish, great balance and refreshing acidity. This wine can benefit from further aging if you are patient enough.

Food Pairings: Wine to be served with a beef or a  lamb stew with garden vegetables or a generous piece of red meat grilled on the BBQ. It will be a tasty but unexpected companion with a cheddar frittata or a spinach and ricotta pasta bake.
