Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe red fruit (pomegranate & cassis) and spices. On the palate there are notes of black cherries, dried cranberries, and oak. Long and lush on the finish with a silky, full texture.
Winemaking: Fermentation on the skins at 80º F up to two weeks for color and tannin extraction. Finished in new oak for several months.
