Tasting Notes: Ruby red with hints of violet in color. On the nose it is fresh and fruity with a hint of violet and strawberry on a basis of marasca cherry. On the palate it is medium bodied with sweet and velvety tannins and balanced acidity.

Winemaking: Tonneaux of French oak from 300 lt and 500 lt for 6 months, cuvee in concrete tank then fining in bottles.

Food Pairings: Pair with medium seasoned cheeses, roasted red or white meat.
